That's good to know . I wouldn't expect anyone would. There would be a possibility of someone needing assistance with a Firefox issue though. Your ISP may or may not have answers though.

I remember times, back in the day, when an ISP wouldn't service an issue if the internet connection was shared with other computers over a network. I believe things have changed these days for the most part.

I have Road Runner at home and have never had any problems accessing the Internet via Firefox. In fact that is all I use when I browse the Internet. The only exceptions are when I want to know what my website looks like on IE and other browsers.

Not too sure. It may not even be a "rumor." ISP's have to deal with many different kinds of browsers but I'm sure they don't have the resources to train employees on every single one. IE is still the most widely used browser because it's packaged with Windows. I'm hoping someday, when FF takes over in popularity, ISP's may need to train for it. Who knows, right?

great investigative reporting Tim! I was curious if you wore a Press Hat (http://foxyurl.com/7sa) while typing this up? haha! I'm a firefox/roadrunner user, and I'm curious if that rumor started back when firefox was still not that popular. It might have been true then.
